I have been trying to get the camera to attach a voice clip/memo to a photo but it will not work. I believe I am going through the right proceedure but the camera will not show me the add video/push shutter button to start audio screen. What might be the problem?

In order to add a voice memo to an image, you must have the memos active and see the orange “MEMO” box in the upper right hand corner of the camera’s LCD screen during normal shooting modes. If you do not see the memo icon, refer to your 500SE-M Pre-Mission Checklist for assistance in setting up the memo function.

If the “MEMO” icon is present, then capture an image, press the play back button to view it on the LCD and then press the down arrow to invoke the voice memo recording procedures.
